I work with each client to create a practice that helps them reach their goal, whether it’s to create stronger physical balance, to re-strengthen after an injury, to develop the confidence for their first yoga class, or to relax after a stressful week. I love working both with experienced yogis and people who have never tried yoga in their life.
We can meet in the private lesson space at Soul Space Yoga Community, or in your home or office; I travel to many areas in Fort Worth, including the TCU area, the Near Southside, Arlington Heights, and the Bryant Irvin area.
