Group Classes

Starting September 24, I will be hosting classes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8:30 a.m. at Manna Yoga, a yoga community I’m starting in the yoga room of Fort Worth Jazzercise. Learn more about Manna Yoga here.
Until then, I’ll be following the schedule below.
  • 7-8 a.m. at Corporate Employee Recreation Association
  • 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at SoulSpace Yoga Community
  • 1:30-2:15 p.m. at True Worth Place
  • 7-8 a.m. at CERA
  • 10:15-11 a.m. at The Stayton at Museum Way

  • 11:30-12:30 p.m. at SoulSpace
  • 7-8 a.m. at CERA
  • 10:45-11:30 a.m. at The Stayton

For CERA classes, look for a vinyasa-based yoga practice that emphasizes breath, mobility, and strengthening.
At SoulSpace, expect a vinyasa-style yoga practice that balances heat-building with relaxation while cultivating breath work, mobility, and strength.
The chair yoga class at True Worth Place is especially for women who experience homelessness. Our practice is focused on steady breathing and movements to help de-stress, and to increase mobility.
At The Stayton at Museum Way,  I teach a chair-based, vinyasa-influenced class for Stayton residents with the aim of increasing mobility and strength for participants.
