Treat yourself to this 90-minute yoga session designed to help you relax and work through the physical effects of desk work.
We’ll work to:
release tension in your neck, shoulders, back, wrists, hips, and hamstrings
strengthen the hips and back, which tend to weaken after prolonged sitting
learn breathing techniques to ease stress.

- people new to yoga or experienced with yoga
